Crafty Tuesday

Finally I found a craft I could do.
So perfect for me...easy :)
& uses stickers...one of my favorite things.
I was looking at my Christmas soaps thinking I could change that &
then I found this idea from this blog:


So I did this Valentine one:


Sarah & I made another one for her teacher's valentine card but
since we added the card & ribbon before the bus came we didn't get any pictures.
Now I made this one:

My treasure chest

Look what's coming down our road

Look how long that is, lots & lots of room

Finally a place for all my "treasures"
Since we've moved here I have not had an attic that I could store stuff in,
nor a garage. I do have a partial basement. It is mostly finished with
some storage that was overflowing into the living areas.
We have an old dairy barn & a machine shed but those places we discovered
did not safely store my treasures.
Hopefully this new place will keep out the varmints, mud dabbers, animals & the
weather.
So far the only thing I need to be careful of is the heat.
That means no candles unless I want to melt the wax,
no pictures & I do wonder about wood, like furniture.

So that's what I've been up to lately in my spare time,
packing up & moving out.

Is it Spring?

I guess not...


These were so beautiful in full bloom.
The temps had been in the 60's to 70's &
then the cold came back with some snow.

Well here's hoping these will bloom & last longer
